A mobile app notification is a brief message or alert sent from an app to a user's mobile device, providing timely updates or information.

Currently, greytHR covers a limited set of notifications such as Leave ApplyLeave ForwardApply RegularizationPayslip Released, and Leave Approved. An employee is automatically enabled for these by default.

To disable the mobile notifications for an event type, the admin must perform the following actions:

  2. From the Event Type dropdown list, select the event.

  3. Click the Edit icon available on the event type card. A form appears.

  4. Select the Mobile Notification tab and click the Enable Notification checkbox.

  5. From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the required option.
Note: You can also click the + Add New Filter icon to add a new employee filter as per your requirements.

  6. Click Save Settings to disable. A success message appears.
