How can admin view IT declarations submitted by employees?

IT declaration collects investment declarations from employees at the beginning of the financial year. It aids in accurately calculating and deducting the appropriate income tax amount from their salary, ensuring compliance and precise tax deductions.

To view the IT declarations submitted by employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, search for IT Savings Reports. The form appears.
3. From the Financial year dropdown list, select the required year.
4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
5. Click Options to customize the report.
6. Click Save to save the customizations.
7. To view the IT declarations submitted by the employees, click Generate.
