What is the purpose of FBP Declaration reminder notifications?

FBP Declaration reminder notification allows payroll admins to send automated reminders to employees who have not submitted their FBP Declaration, ensuring timely submissions without manual follow-ups.

To send a reminder for pending FBP Declarations from the greytHR Admin portal, go to Payroll Admin FBP Planner.

  1. Open the Release / Lock tab to view the employee list.

  2. From the Status dropdown, select Released to view employees with released FBP declarations.

  3. Select employees using checkboxes and click Send Reminder.

  4. A pop-up message appears. Click Confirm and a reminder email is sent to the employee(s).
