IT Declaration reminder notification allows payroll admins to send automated reminders to employees who have not submitted their IT Declaration, ensuring timely submissions without manual follow-ups.
To send a reminder for pending IT Declarations from the greytHR Admin portal, go to Payroll > Admin > Employee IT Declaration.
Open the Release / Lock tab to view the employee list.
From the Status dropdown, select Released to view employees with released IT declarations.
Select employees using checkboxes or click Send Reminder, if you want to send reminders to all the employees.
A pop-up message appears. Click Confirm and a reminder email is sent to the employee(s).
