How can admin generate Leave Availed Report?

The Leave Availed Report helps the admin to know the leave availed details of employees for the selected period. This report can be generated when the admin needs to check the respective period's data.


To generate the Leave Availed Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Leave Availed Report. The Leave Availed Report form opens.
  3. From the From Date calendar, select the from date.
  4. From the To Date calendar, select the to date.

  5. From the Leave Type dropdown list, select the relevant leave type.

  6. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the relevant option.
  7. Click Options, to customize the report.
  8. Enable the checkbox  Show Session Details.
  9. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

  10. Click  Save, to save the updation.
  11. Click Generate to generate the Leave Availed Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
