How can admin generate Leave Transaction Report?

The admin generates the Leave Transaction Report to view and validate different leave transactions for a particular leave period. The report contains leave information such as Opening Balance, Granted, Availed, Lapsed, Closing Balance, and Encashed


To generate the Leave Transaction Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports Reports Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Leave Transaction Report.
  3. From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
  4. From the Leave Type dropdown list, select the required leave type.
  5. From the Leave Transaction dropdown list, select the required Leave Transaction Type.
  6. From the Employee Type dropdown list, select the employees for whom you want to download the report.
  7. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the required option.
  8. Click Options to customize the report.
  9. Click Save to save the customization.
  10. Click Generate to generate the Leave Transaction Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the recently generated reports. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
