How can admin generate Composite Claim Form for Form 19?

The Composite Claim Form (CCF) for Form 19 is a unified form introduced by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in India.

To generate a Form 19 - PF Composite Claim form (Aadhaar), the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, search for Form 19 - PF Composite Claim form (Aadhaar). The form appears.
3. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
4. Click Options to customize the report.
5. Click Save to save the customization of the report.
6. Click Generate to generate the composite claim form of Form 19.
