How can admin generate Claims Reconciliation Report?

The Claims Reconciliation Report allows the admin to extract the total sum of the expense claim amounts claimed within a specific month or date range. This report can be generated at any time to reconcile and analyze the claim transactions.

To generate the report, there must be at least one claim transaction recorded within the selected year.

To generate a Claims Reconciliation Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
In the search box, enter Claims Reconciliation Report. The Claims Reconciliation Report form opens.
From the From Date drop dropdown list, select the relevant date
From the To Date drop dropdown list, select the relevant date
From the Claim Form dropdown list, select the relevant claim form.
From the Claim Category dropdown list, select the relevant category.
From the Claim Element dropdown list, select the relevant element.
From the Status dropdown list, select the relevant status.
From the Group By dropdown list, select the relevant option.
Click Options to customize the report
From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
Click Save to save the changes.
Click Generate to generate the Claims reconciliation Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
