How can admin generate Form 6A?

Form 6A is a document used in the context of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme in India. It is a declaration form that is filled by the employee at the time of joining a new establishment or employer.


To generate Form 6A, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. Using the search box, search for PF - Form 6A - Consolidated Statement For Contribution Card. The form appears.
  3. From the From dropdown month list, select the required month.
  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. Click Save to save the customization.
  7. Click Generate to generate Form 6A.
