How can admin generate employees' consolidated attendance report?

An attendance consolidate report of employees is a document that provides a comprehensive overview of the attendance records of employees within an organization.


To generate the Attendance Consolidate Report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter the Attendance Consolidate Report. The form appears.
  3. From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees based on your requirements.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. Click Generate to generate the Attendance Consolidate Report.
