How can admin generate IT Savings Chapter6 Report?

The IT Savings Chapter6 Report provides a comprehensive overview of employee salary, exemptions, deductions, and income tax deductions. This report allows the admin to generate data for a specific financial year.

This report provides detailed information regarding employee salaries, exemptions, deductions, and income tax deductions, specifically related to Chapter 6 of the Income Tax regulations. The report focuses on the IT savings aspect and is generated for a particular financial year providing a comprehensive analysis of the relevant data.

To generate IT Savings Chapter6 Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
In the search box, enter IT Savings Chapter6 Report. The IT Savings Chapter6 Report form opens.
From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the required Year.
From the Section dropdown list, select the relevant section.
From the Description dropdown list, select the required description.
From the Sort By dropdown list, select the relevant details.
From the Employees Type dropdown list, select the employees for whom you want to download the report.
Click Options, to customize the report.
From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
Click Save, to save the updation.
Click Generate to generate the IT Savings Chapter6 Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
