How can admin generate IT Savings report?

Income tax is a tax imposed by a government on the income of individuals, businesses, and other entities within its jurisdiction. The Income Tax savings report details the amount saved through eligible deductions and exemptions. 


To generate the IT Savings report from the Reports section, perform the following steps:

  1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery.
  2. From the Reports Gallery page, under the All Reports tab, in the Search field, search for Form 12BB.
  3. On the Form 12BB page, from the Financial Year drop-down, select the year.
  4. Select the employees from their respective radio buttons.
  5. Select All Employees or Selected Employees.
  6. Click Generate to generate the report.

Note

  • The Options button allows you to further customize your report. From the Options page, you can select the output type and also choose if your report has to be password protected. Reports with only PDF output format can be password protected.
  • The Generate option will generate all the data in a single PDF whereas,
  • The Generate Employee Wise option will create a zip file with separate folders for each employee.
  • You can also email the report to the employees using the Email button.
