Form 12BB is a statement of claims by an employee for deductions of certain expenses, benefits, or allowances under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
To generate a Form 12BB - IT Savings report, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Form 12BB - IT Savings. The Form 12BB - IT Savings form opens.
- From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the relevant financial year.
- From the Pick Savings From dropdown list, select the relevant option.
- Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Select the Password Protect email option, if applicable.
- From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
- Click Save to save the customizations.
- Click Generate to generate the Form 12BB - IT Savings report.
Note: Click Generate Employee Wise to generate this report employee-wise.
