How can admin generate Form 12BB - IT Savings report?

Form 12BB is a statement of claims by an employee for deductions of certain expenses, benefits, or allowances under the Income Tax Act, 1961.


To generate a Form 12BB - IT Savings report, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Form 12BB - IT Savings. The Form 12BB - IT Savings form opens.
  3. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the relevant financial year.
  4. From the Pick Savings From dropdown list, select the relevant option.
  5. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Select the Password Protect email option, if applicable.
  8. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  9. Click Save to save the customizations.
  10. Click Generate to generate the Form 12BB - IT Savings report.
    Note: Click Generate Employee Wise to generate this report employee-wise.
