How can admin generate Compensation Item Statement - Monthly report?

The Compensation Item Statement - Monthly Report enables the admin to obtain the amount paid out for each payroll component from the organization. 


This report can be generated at any time to review the details of payroll components. Ensure that before generating this report, the salary processing has been completed. 


To generate a Compensation Item Statement - Monthly Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Compensation Item Statement - Monthly. The Compensation Item Statement - Monthly form opens.
  3. Select the Please select Compensation Items.
  4. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the Employee No/Name.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

  7. Click  Save to save the changes.
  8. Click Generate to generate the claims reviewer info Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
