A monthly salary statement report is a comprehensive document that provides a summarized overview of salary-related information for a group of employees within an organization for a specific month.
This report focuses on one employee's earnings and deductions, the monthly salary statement report consolidates data for multiple employees into a single report.
To generate the Salary Statement - Monthly report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- Using the search box, search for Salary Statement - Monthly. The form opens.
- Select the compensation items from the list and click > arrow to move items to the next column.
- Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
- From the Employee Category for Filter dropdown list, select the required filter options.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate the Salary Statement - Monthly.
