How can admin generate Overrides Report (EmployeeWise) report?

The Overrides Report (EmployeeWise) provides employee-wise data regarding overridden components within a specific date range. With this report, the admin is able to access information on employee-specific overridden components. 


These components refer to any adjustments or modifications made to regular salary components for individual employees during the specified date range.


This report can be generated at any time, but it is crucial to process the salary before generating it.


To generate the Overrides Report (EmployeeWise) report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Overrides Report (Employee Wise).
  3. From the Group By dropdown calendar, select the required group.
  4. From the Pay item search box, select the required item.
  5. Enable the check box Show only open override if applicable.
  6. From the Date Range dropdown calendar, select the date range.
  7. Click Options to customize the report.
  8. Click the Report Output Type dropdown to select the required option.
  9. Click Save to save the customization.
  10. Click Generate to generate the Overrides Report (EmployeeWise) report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the recently generated reports. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
