How can employee re-open a ticket?

The employee can re-open a ticket on the greytHR Helpdesk page.
Helpdesk is a greytHR internal ticketing system that helps an employee to raise a ticket to solve queries.


To re-open your ticket, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, click Helpdesk. The Helpdesk page opens.
  2. Under the Active tab, click the request card you want to re-open. The card expands.
  3. Click Re-open to re-open the ticket.
