How can admin generate employees' annual tax report?

The annual tax report of employees is a document provided by employers to their employees at the end of each calendar year.


To generate Annual Tax Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Annual Tax Reports. The Annual Tax Reports form opens.
  3. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the relevant financial year.
  4. Click Options to customize the report.
  5. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  6. Click Save to save the customizations.
  7. Click Generate to generate the Annual Tax Reports.
