How can admin upload logo in letter?

A company logo is a visual representation or symbol that represents a company or organization. A well-designed logo can convey the values, personality, and essence of a company.


To upload a logo in a letter, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon. Navigate to General > Company Settings > Company Logo.
  2. Click the Upload Logo button and upload your company logo.
  3. After the company logo is uploaded successfully, create your letter template with the logo in your document. It is recommended to download and use the field definitions file to make sure that you have added logo with appropriate logo field definitions. For uploading the letter template, and downloading the field definitions file, navigate to Employee > Setup > Letter Template > Step 2: Upload Template.
