How can admin view profile information of a resigned employee?

A resigned employee is an individual who has voluntarily chosen to leave their job or position within a company or organization.

To view profile information of a resigned employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page opens.
  2. From the Employee Type dropdown list, select Resigned Employees.
  3. From the Search Employee search box, search for the resigned employee whose profile information you want to view. The information displays on the page.
