How can admin enable default appearance of digital signature on Form 16?

The Form 16 digital signer refers to the digital signature used to authenticate the Form 16 document.


To enable the default appearance of the digital signature on Form 16, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to  Payroll > Admin Form 16. The Form 16 page appears.
  2. Under the CURRENT SETTINGS, click the Settings button.
  3. In the Preferences, under the Form 16 Generation, clear the Use default appearance for the digital signature using the checkbox.
  4. Click Save to enable the default appearance of the digital signature on Form 16.
