Why admin is not able to view digital signature in Form 16 Part A?

Form 16 is an important document issued under the Income Tax Act of India. It is a certificate provided by employers to their employees that serves as proof of income earned and tax deductions made during a specific financial year 


To view the digital signature in Form 16 Part A, the admin must enable the option Show Digital Signature text in Part A Section in the Form 16 settings.

To enable the option, the admin must perform the following action:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin Form 16. The Form 16 page opens.
  2. In the CURRENT SETTINGS card, click the Settings button. The form appears.
  3. Under the Form 16 Generation heading, select Show Digital Signature text in Part A Section using the check box.
  4. Click Save to enable the option.
