Form 16 is an important document issued under the Income Tax Act of India. It is a certificate provided by employers to their employees that serves as proof of income earned and tax deductions made during a specific financial year
To view the digital signature in Form 16 Part A, the admin must enable the option Show Digital Signature text in Part A Section in the Form 16 settings.
To enable the option, the admin must perform the following action:
- From the greytHR Admin login, hover on the 9 dots and go to Payroll > Admin > Form 16. The Form 16 page opens.
- In the CURRENT SETTINGS card, click the Settings button. The form appears.
- Under the Form 16 Generation heading, select Show Digital Signature text in Part A Section using the check box.
- Click Save to enable the option.
