Where can admin view policies acknowledged by employee?

Company policies are a set of guidelines and rules established by an organization to govern its operations, conduct, and interactions.

To view policies acknowledged by an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Documents. The Employee Documents page opens.
  2. From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee, whose acknowledged documents you want to view. 
  3. Click the Company Policy tab to view the acknowledged documents.
