Acknowledged policies is the set of rules, guidelines, or principles that have been formally recognized, accepted, and documented within an organization or a particular context.
To view an acknowledged policy, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to the Documents Center. The Document Center page opens.
- Click View All next to Company Policies to view the policies.
- Select a policy. If you have acknowledged the policy, the word ACKNOWLEDGED will appear in green color below the Download icon.
