How can the admin add an employee’s passport details?

The passport and visa details section is a feature that allows employers to provide information related to employees' passport and visa documents. 

To add an employee’s passport details, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Passport & Visa. The Passport & Visa page appears.
2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose passport details you want to add.
3. On the Passport card, click Add.
4. From the Name drop-down list, select Self.
5. In the Sur Name text box, enter the employee’s surname.
6. In the Middle Name text box, enter the employee’s middle name.
7. In the Given Name text box, enter the employee’s name as given in the Passport.
8. In Passport Address 1, Passport Address 2, and Passport Address 3 text box, enter the employee’s address as given in the passport.
9. In the Currently With text box, enter the required detail.
10. From the Country drop-down list, select the country which issued the passport to the employee. 
11. In the Passport No text box, enter the employee’s passport number.
12. From the Passport Type drop-down list, select the type of passport issued to the employee.
    Info: To add a new type of passport, click the Edit icon next to the Passport Type drop-down list.
13. In the Issue Place text box, enter the place where the passport was issued to the employee.
14. In the Issue City text box, enter the city where the passport was issued to the employee.
15. From the Issue Date drop-down calendar, select the date on which the passport was issued.
16. From the Valid Till drop-down calendar, select the date till which the employee’s passport is valid.
17. Click Save to save the employee’s passport details.
