The greytHR's Passport & Visa page in the Admin portal helps the admin to add or edit the passport and visa details of their employees and family members.
To modify an employee’s passport details, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Passport & Visa. The Passport & Visa page appears.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose passport details you want to add.
- On the Passport card, click the Edit icon.
- Modify the details as per your requirement.
- Click Save to update the employee’s passport details in the greytHR application.
