As an admin, if you are unable to view the batch in digital signature software, you must regenerate Form 16. Form 24Q contains the details of salary paid and TDS deducted from employees. Form 24Q has to be submitted every quarter of the financial year. It is used to declare the TDS return.
Note: A non-admin user cannot sign the batch created by an admin user.
