A set of transaction requests are combined together into a Batch.
Currently, HSBC can accept up to 500 transaction requests at a time. When there are more than 500 transactions, the greytHR application automatically creates a second batch. You can initiate bank transfers for all such created batches.
Employees are automatically grouped into consecutive batches for each payroll run when the initial set of employee counts exceeds 500.
Each batch is treated as an individual transfer.
Note: The limit of 500 transactions can increase in the near future.
