Once the admin submits a bank transfer request within the greytHR application, the HSBC authorizers are notified instantly. The HSBC admins acting as authorizers then accept/reject your request.
You can check the status of your bank transfer request in the greytHR application.
To check the status, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Payout > Bank Transfer. The Bank transfer page opens. The admin can view the status information under the Status column.
