The admin can disable an employee's ESS portal access from the Search Actions search box, where you can quickly and effortlessly navigate to the required page/module. The feature enables you to reach your target page quickly.

To disable an employee's ESS portal access, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, on the Home page, in the Search Actions search box, enter the keyword Disable Portal Access. The Disable Portal Access page opens.
  2. In the select an employee search box, enter the name/number of the employee for whom you want to disable the ESS portal access.
  3. Click the Disable button to disable the ESS portal access. A success message appears.
