Certain employers provide loans to their employees in cases of unforeseen emergencies, and employees typically repay these loans through payroll deductions.
The Loan and Advances page in the greytHR ESS portal allows the employees to apply for a loan. However, as an admin, you can disable this feature from the User Roles page.
To disable the loan feature, the admin must perform the following options:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page appears.
Select the user to whom you want to enable the access and click the Edit icon. A page opens.
From the Category dropdown list, select Select Category.
In the Search search box, type Loan. The Loan features list appears.
Select the loan features you want to disable and deselect the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.
Click Save to disable the My Loan tab in the ESS portal.
