Regenerating or running existing reports is the process of generating or executing reports that have already been created and stored within a reporting system or software. It involves retrieving the predefined report templates or configurations and initiating the report generation process to obtain up-to-date information or data analysis.
To regenerate an existing report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Recent Reports. The Recent Reports page opens with a list of recently generated reports.
- Select the required report that you want to regenerate.
- Click the Run again option. The report is regenerated as per your requirements.
