How can admin use the Live chat with greytHR support team feature?

Admin can use the Live chat with the greytHR Support team feature using Bella.


To get instant assistance from our experts, the admin can perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, click Chat with Bella. A chat window appears and displays the topics.
  2. Select the required topic from the list. The Bella displays the subtopics and related articles.
  3. Select the required related article and perform the actions as per the given procedure. You can also select a sub-topic. The Bella will redirect you to the selected subtopic page in the application. 
  4. If your query is still unresolved, click Chat with GreytHR support button. A new chat window opens.
    Note: Admins can view the live chat option only after searching for an article at least once.
    Enter the name (name of the HR admin), email (email id registered with the admin account), phone number, and domain name (website address).
    Note: After entering these details, the live chat request is assigned to an expert. Experts are available to assist you from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am - 6.30 pm. If admins need live assistance during nonoffice hours or holidays, admins will receive an offline form. Filling the form will help admin to create a ticket for our experts and they will get in touch with you as soon as office hours resume.
