How can admin change the reporting manager of an employee?

The organization chart provides a clear overview of the hierarchy within the organization and how different departments or teams are interconnected. To change the reporting manager of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Main > Organization Chart. The Org Chart page opens.
  2. Click Assign Manager, the Assign Manager pop-up appears.
  3. In the Select Reportee search box, select the manager you want to assign to the selected employee.
  4. In the Select Manager search box, select the employee to whom you want to assign the manager.
  5. Click Save to assign or change the manager to the selected employee.
