The Review follows a strict hierarchy as configured. Assessments move sequentially from one assessor to the next, based on the defined order. Parallel evaluations are not allowed, and no level can be skipped. An assessor receives the assessment only after the previous level has completed it or if their timeline begins after the previous level misses their deadline.
