A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.
To pause a goal plan, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.
Under the Active tab, select the required goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.
Click View Details. The selected goal plan opens.
Select the Pause Plan button available on the right side of the page. A pop-up opens.
Enter the remarks.
Click Confirm. A success message appears.
