Yes. The employees can preview documents, company policies, and forms from their ESS portal. Preview is a feature that allows an employee to view any document or form.
To preview the documents and company policies and forms, the employees must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Document Center. The Document Center page opens.
Select the document type you want to preview and click View All. The list of documents under the selected document type appears.
Click the required document. The attachment file displays the Preview icon.
Click the Preview icon to preview the document.
Note: The preview feature is available only for PDF files.
