The greytHR PMS-Reviews include formal evaluations of an employee's performance.
An admin can start their part of the assessment only after all previous assessors, including the employee, have completed their evaluations.
If an assessor misses their deadline, the admin must wait until their assessment period begins before they can proceed. This ensures that the assessment is complete and includes all necessary information before the admin reviews and finalizes it.
