Yes. The employees can view comments or remarks added by the admin on the onboarding form when resent for verification. Once employees are notified by email for re-verification, they can view the remarks, edit the form, and provide the correct details through their ESS portal.
Reviewing onboarding documents entails thoroughly checking the paperwork provided by new employees to confirm their identity, employment eligibility, and adherence to company policies.
To view the comments or remarks added by the admin, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, hover over the Comment icon on the right-hand side of the onboarding form page. You can view the remarks added by the admin.
