Employee documents refer to the various records and files maintained by an organization related to its employees. These documents contain important information about employees, their employment history, and other relevant details. The review of employee documents is conducted to ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and maintain accurate records.

To review the document details submitted by a new employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Review > Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens and displays a list of employee cards.
  2. Click the Active tab to view the list of employees for whom verification needs to be done.
  3. Click the required employee card. The card expands.
  4. Click the Verify button. A form appears with all the employees’ details.
  5. On the left side of the page, select the required option.
  6. Verify all the details submitted by the employee.
  7. Click the Accept/Reject option as per your requirements.
  8. In the Remarks textbox, enter the remarks, if any.
  9. Click the Submit button. The Submit pop-up appears.
  10. Select the Notify employee checkbox to share the status with the employee.
  11. Click Yes to review the document details submitted by a new employee. A success message appears.
