A Salary Structure Report shows the pay range for all employees in the company. It includes both fixed components, such as basic salary, and variable components, such as bonuses, incentives, commissions, etc.
To generate a Salary Structure Report, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
In the search box, enter Salary Structure Report. The Salary Structure Report opens.
From the search pay item option, select the required option.
Click ▶ or double-click to move the selected items to the next column.
Note: You can customize the report by clicking the Mark Income and Mark deduct buttons as per your requirements.
Click Options to customize the report.
Click Save to save the customizations.
Click Generate to generate the Salary Structure Report.
