How can admin deregister from ICICI PayNow (CIB portal)?

ICICI Bank is discontinuing ICICI PayNow, and will internally deregister all customers from the greytHR application. 

As an admin, you must complete certain steps to finalize the deregistration process. 

To deregister from the ICICI CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) portal, perform the following actions:

  1. Log in to the ICICI CIB portal using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the dashboard and select Connected Banking.

  3. Under Connected Banking, select My Connected Banking Profile.

  4. In the My Profile section, search for Deregister/Token Generation/Transaction Details.

  5. Click Action.

  6. Select Deregister to deregister from the ICICI CIB portal. An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. 

  7. Enter the OTP to confirm the deregistration process.
