What are the Labour Welfare Changes (LWF) changes in Maharashtra?

The Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is a fund created by the state governments of India to support initiatives that improve the well-being of workers. The Maharashtra Government establishes the Maharashtra Labour Welfare (LWF) Board. 


The latest revised LWF rates by the Maharashtra government aim to provide more benefits to workers in Maharashtra, effective 1st April 2024. 


The following are the revised LWF rates:
