How can admin generate statement of employer and employee LWF contribution?

The Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contribution is a mandatory contribution made by employers towards the welfare and social security of their employees.

To generate the statement of the employer and employee LWF contribution, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Verify > Payroll Statement. The Payroll Statement page opens.
2. Click Add Statement. The Step 1: General section appears.
3. In the Name text box, enter the name of the report.
4. In the Report Title text box, enter the title of the report.
5. In the Description box, enter the description.
6. Click Next. The Step 2: Columns section appears.
7. Click + sign next to Transition, select Location, and click the ➡ arrow to drop into the Group Section.
8. Click + sign next to Income, select GROSS, and click the ➡ arrow to drop into the Group Section.
9. Click + sign next to Deductions, select LABOUR WELFARE FUND, and click the ➡ arrow to drop into the Detail section.
10. Click + sign next to Other, select LWF Employee, and click the ➡ arrow to drop into the Detail section.
11. Click Next. The ORDER section appears.
12. Arrange the selected elements in the manner you want them to appear on the Payroll Statement.
13. Click Next. The OPTIONS section appears.
14. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the required option.
15. From the Employee Filter dropdown list, filter the employee.
16. From the Report Type dropdown list, select the report output type.
17. From the Employee Criteria dropdown list, select the required criteria.
18. Click Finish to generate the statement of the employer and employee LWF contribution.
