Why LWF contribution is not visible in employee's payslip?

The LWF is a statutory fund mandated by certain jurisdictions to provide welfare benefits and facilities to workers.


Follow the below checklist if the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is not visible:

  1. Ensure the LWF is getting calculated for that employee.
  2. Ensure to enable the Employee is covered under LWF option.
  3. The position history of the employee is updated.
  4. Professional tax location is correctly mapped.
  5. Check the LWF policy of the company.
