What are the guidelines that an employee needs to follow when using greytHR Engage?

The greytHR Engage feature is a social network in an organization for building positive relationships, fostering teamwork, and creating a sense of community among employees. 


The Engage page in the greytHR ESS portal allows you as employees to communicate in your organization network socially with your colleagues. You can write posts, conduct polls, and offer kudos/greetings for special occasions. 


Following is the code of conduct for greytHR Engage:

  1. Use engage strictly for work-related activities.

  2. Refrain from engaging in any actions that exploit, harm, or pose a threat to your colleagues in any way.

  3. Do not send spam or assist others in sending spam, such as bulk postings or comments.

  4. Avoid offensive, discriminatory, and inappropriate content or images.

  5. Do not partake in deceptive or misleading activities, such as attempting to solicit money under pretenses or impersonating someone else.

  6. Avoid any activity that could harm the services or other users, such as spreading viruses, engaging in stalking behavior, or promoting hate speech or violence against others.

  7. Respect the rights of others, including refraining from unauthorized sharing of copyrighted music, resale, or distribution of photographs and other content.

  8. Use a respectful, empathetic, and professional tone by being considerate and avoiding confrontational language.

  9. Maintain confidentiality by respecting privacy when addressing sensitive matters.

  10. Avoid misleading or ambiguous statements.

Note:

  • We have established this code of conduct to protect the interests of the organization and its employees.

  • Any content or actions that breach the code of conduct are not allowed and may be removed without notice.

  • If you come across a post or comment that you believe violates the code of conduct, please inform HR/Admin (acting as moderators) by sending an email.

  • If a violation of the code of conduct is confirmed, the Management holds sole discretion in making the necessary decisions.


By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users of this service.
