When does the 'Auto Approved' remark apply to an employee's submitted permission request?

Utilizing the Regularization & Permission feature, employees can seek advance approval for official tasks. 

The remark Auto approved is applied if an employee submits a permission request, and the admin has enabled the auto-approval option for that employee, the application will be automatically approved and moved to the closed state with the remark  Auto Approved.
