Why employee sees the message “Unable to fetch data” on opening the Attendance Regularization page?

Attendance regularization ensures that attendance records of employees are accurate and reflect the actual time an employee was present. While checking for the attendance regularization application status on the Attendance regularization page, the message Unable to fetch data appears. This happens when the employee role does not have the access rights feature Attendance Regularization Workflow List and Attendance Regularization Review enabled.

To enable access rights for the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

  1. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  2. From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance.

  3. In the Search search box, enter Attendance Regularization. The table displays all the related features.

  4. Select Attendance Regularization Review and Attendance Regularization Workflow List feature’s Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  5. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
