Why is admin unable to view employees’ attendance summary on Attendance Info page?

For payroll and compliance, an attendance summary is a practical necessity. Moreover, it serves as a strategic tool for workforce management, employee engagement, and organizational planning. 

To view employees’ attendance summary on the Attendance Info page, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

  2. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  3. From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance.

  4. In the Search search box, enter Attendance. The table displays all the related features.

  5. Select the Attendance - Show summary tab in attendance info feature, and enable the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  6. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
