Why is employee unable to view the Attendance Regularization option on their greytHR mobile app?

Attendance regularization effectively corrects employees' in and out times. The employee can only regularize their attendance through the mobile application if the access right-Attendance Regularization Apply is enabled for the Employee role.


To enable access rights for employees to regularize attendance from their mobile app, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.



  1. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  2. From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance.

  3. In the Search search box, enter Attendance Regularization. The table displays all the related features.

  4. Select the Attendance Regularization Apply feature’s Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  5. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
